Explore A Season of Ease & practice simple daily habits to reduce overwhelm, calm anxiety, allow space to breathe. In these ten weeks you will receive a general overview of habit science, the power of being a member of a dynamic group, and receive an introduction to yoga and its sister science Ayurveda, the science of life.

You will learn 10 simple habits that will begin to help heal and connect your body and mind. You will discover there is potential for a more rested, connected, vibrant life. You will have the tools to start finding a level of balance in your life.

This course is most definitely FOR families, caregivers, educators and support staff who
want to create new habits for a more vibrant, connected, and easeful life.
